I have a woman looking for a gift for her son. Are there any shops in Belgium I could refer her to? I think she would be much happier ordering by phone etc. than dealing with me via email and across two languages.

In Belgium there is War House Games in Drogenbos and Black Border Games in Roeselare. Also Herman Verschooten in Antwerp has a wargames section.

There is also Oberonn in Hasselt.

If X-wing/Armada/Imperial Assault would scratch the itch, you could send her to Archonia.be

Verschooten in (centre) Antwerp got a nice and variated selection of miniatures and paints. Also everything for modeling and model trains.
