They are medieval and early modern tools & products, of the very period in the Polish and German Baltic lands when the Pomeranian dukes ruled the south-western coast of the Baltic Sea, and their cities and towns were part of the Hanseatic League…"

It would help if some of the objects in the original display were the right way up – for example photo 1 has 3 candle holders in the lower right corner, the spikey bit was to drive into wood and the candle (or other light) went into the conical socket. |
