I'm on the lookout for Luftwaffe Jagers for a Bolt Action game and hopefully someone has an extra blister laying around:

But just in case no one has a GE 802 they're willing to part with what would be a good proxy?

I had to do some serious digging to find these pictures. I see a lot of smocks and soft caps with rifles and some mgs. Not many MP 40s. Maybe one per NCO.

So what would be a good proxy just in case? I'm leaning toward the later grenadiers GE722.

Yeah, not many soft caps, but at least the weapons look right (mostly 98Ks, a few MG42s, and some MP40s). Could they work with the right paint job?

Any other miniatures out there that would fit with Battlefront miniatures and match-up with Luftwaffe Jagers?

Funny you should mention this blister as I just pulled out mine to paint for an Operation GOODWOOD scenario.

You could try using the HG Panzergrenadier Platoon (GE803)
blister:

which seems to have the same Lufwaffe figures as the old GE801 blister did.

Small world. I'm on the other side of Normandy doing Carentan and Cobra. Thanks for the head's up on the HG troops. I'll need them for the 17th or 18th Luftwaffe FD. I'll be nice and only use my Rifle Company force on them and save my Armored Rifles for the SS Truppen I have.
