I have not played BFG in ages. That looked like a fun game.

My bombers go for the unpainted Lunar and manage to cripple it.

When will the artificers recognize the defensive qualities of paint? How many more fleets must burn noiselessly in the aether?!? ;->=

I tend to prefer a game less dominated by craft and missiles, but this DID sound fun!

"As Mike said this battle was a bit like Jutland, where the Germans did more damage to the English but retreated and lost the overall situation."

Germans definitely sank more ships, killed more sailors, but 'damage' needs to be found in the Brits were ready to set sail again within hours, not the months in the case of the High Seas Fleet.

Bit like a major unit leaving with 'one point of damage left', no?

Not my favorite game, but I've an itch to try again. Thanks!

Cheers guys, and yes it's a fun game, and not needing heaps of models for a game is good too!
