I ordered some Hinchliffe figures from Hinds some time ago. When the package was received, it was battered and damaged and I was missing five figures. I emailed Ian and, without any fuss, he dispatched the missing figures and included an extra item for the trouble. Product and customer service were top notch. In addition, he did not charge VAT on my original order since I am in the U.S. and they are in Great Britain. This saved me money and, in my experience, is usually not done by manufacturers. Ah, Hinchliffe figures! I used to have loads of these, very iconic, some of them!
I always had a soft spot for the ECW figures, and the Cretan archer! Happy days! |
