I need some Tharks, but I'm not excited about paying 10 bucks a pop.
I am looking for a substitute.
I've seen some fantastic Kroot conversions.
Any other suggestions?

Multipart figures (like Kroot, I would assume) with dollar store bug heads are an option …

I was thinking something ork-ish, but it would take two figs to make one, and that pushes the price up.

However, a lot of ork heads, after grinding down the pointy ears, maybe opening up the eyes a bit, might be good, including the tusks.

And, save the bitz!

You would probably need savage orks. Wouldn't want to much armour or clothing.I never thought of using ork's. Thanks for putting that thought in my head.
