Just before Christmas i finished up some Warzone models. 3 Prodos Praetorian Stalkers, and a Nepherite of Algeroth. I also took pictures of a few older Warzone figures I painted about year ago. link Cheers, Steve |

Nice paintjobs. I really like what Prodos has done to Warzone. The new reimagined models are great. Still not totally keen on the resin material. The models look great, detail is sharp, far easier to clean up than Mantic's restic stuff, but the stuff takes a permanent set if stored in foam trays that put any load on them and keep them out of hot cars. Also, the realistically scaled swords break very easily. |

I don't intend to gt any of the man-sized troops. i have all of that in 2nd ed metal, fore most of the rest. but there are some larger models that were never re sculpted in 2nd ed(like nepharites, Atillas, Eradicator death droids, and a few other things) that prodos HAS done, and done better. I'll buy those any day, if i find gainful employment. |

I tried to post a question out but somehow it was aborted. So I'll try again Do you mix units of different years? For instance my Russians go from 1805 – 1814, it doesn't bother me to have a unit with uniforms of different years. I have purged 1806 units out of my Prussians and have very late uniforms I want to loose also. |

I have separate armies for Peninsula British and Waterloo British – but the same French army in Bardin fights them both. I am building up an Austrian army for 1813 but it will get used for 1809 as well, and I shan't bother doing extra German line in helmets when I do. Wouldn't mix 1806 and 1813-15 Prussians – they look decades apart. I'm a solo gamer. I only have to justify anomalies to myself. |

I am as well, my 1806 figures were all artillery, it was a weak effort to change painting the same figure. My Leib regiment is in the very late Russified uniform and they look so out of place, the figures will get stripped and sent over to the Russians, the fusiliers if I can find replacement for them |

I must admit I cheerfully mix uniform types across years. My French are mainly based on 1809, but I have one unit in white 1806 uniforms, and I plan to have a division of 1815 infantry. There are a few no-gos. I wouldn't field old-style Carabiniers in place of the newer ones with cuirasses (those the old-style Carabiniers have often substituted for Guard Grenadiers a Cheval). and as Footslogger I wouldn't mix 1806 with later era Prussians. My later Prussians are 1815, but I wouldn't hesitate to throw them into 1813/14 battles. |
