I saw FirstBrigade's question about Blue Moon and was wondering about that company's miniatures as well. I have some WSS cavalry from Blue Moon and found them to be not particularly large; very compatible with other 15mm cavalry of the period. So the question is, are 15/18mm Blue Moon Napoleonic cavalry similar in size to 15mm Battle Honors Napoleonic cavalry? (Smaller? Larger?) I'm hoping a few out there have had some experience with Blue Moon Napoleonics. Their cavalry is very tempting. |

I have Blue Moon's French and Russian Napoleonic cavalry and they're noticebly larger than Battle Honors Napoleonic cavalry, which I also have. I don't have them in the same units, but I do have them in the same armies. |

That's good to know, abelp01. Thank you. I was looking at the Blue Moon "Chasseur Charging in Habit-long" and thinking how I would like to have such fine sculpts among my French cavalry. I've just ordered some Old Glory Chasseurs. We'll see how well they fit in. |

Here are some of the Chasseurs mounted on AB horses. flic.kr/p/r8PJtv The BM cav is larger and bulikier figures than BH and thus do not match well in my opinion. However the BM are nice figures and match well with AB:) Dr J |
