yes I realize most games are not going to have them on the board. but, we are not likely to have the guns either right? I am just finishing up a QRF M109A3, and have an M577 on order. But it is going to be a funny looking battery without ammo vehicles. They even make M110 and M107, which would be even farther back. And while I am whining why no M88 or M578? Hopefully no bug on this one |

I'm in Atlanta for a couple of days week after next and wondered if there were any FLGS with good historical ranges worth checking out. I'm working, I don't have a huge amount of time and I won't have a car, so this should be really easy. :-)Suggestions welcomed, and thanks. |

Not much IN (or particularly near) Atlanta these days, I'm afraid. There's Treefort in Fayetteville, your best bet: treefortgames.com Mind you check the store hours. Gigabytes in Marietta has a lot more than they used to: giga-bitescafe.com/index.php I think there are others with just the usual Flames of War and maybe Bolt Action stuff, I can't remember. If any local wander in and enlighten us with more prospects, I'd appreciate it, too. |

Thanks for that – come on TMP Borg, meld with us… |

TBR pretty much covered it. Both stores are great to deal with and have lots of room for gaming, but the historical selections are limited to the latest marketing themes. Treefort usually has a lot of games going on Sunday afternoons. Smaller places open up now and then, but then disappear. |

but the historical selections are limited to the latest marketing themes. Gigabytes, yeah (lots of BF & Saga, lots of plastic from Victrix, Warlord, etc), but IMO TFG has a fairly eclectic mix. It also seems GB has started carrying more historical rules, while I can't remember the last time I saw any new historical rulesets in TFG. |

Hey good to know about those two stores. I am moving to ATL soon and will definitely check them out. I know there is also a nice hobbytown with gaming area that used to be in Kennesaw. I think it is still there. Any advice on finding an active group in the area. I plan on going to Siege next month in order to meet gamers in the ATL area as well. |

Leadjunky, want to buy a house on the South side? Plenty of room for family and pets, esp. if the wife likes horses. Complete with an in-law suite that is perfect for gaming. Go to Treefort on almost any Saturday or Sunday. Plenty of regulars both days, including TMP's D6 Junky and McKinstry. link |

I know there is also a nice hobbytown with gaming area that used to be in Kennesaw. Yeah, these locals will occasionally mention the Kennesaw Hobbytown, but to the best of my knowledge, have never bothered to mention that it's FREAKING HUGE . Bigger than all other different Hobbytowns I have been to through the years (a lot) put together! |

There is the convention in Augusta coming up in a few weeks. |
