I recently viewed a couple episodes of "Into the Badlands"…
I was then informed it is based on a film---"Bunraku"

Now I have it in mind to get a gang of miniatures based on the movie---Killer #2 character and the red suit gang---and it would be awesome to find a mini of the "wood cutter"

Anyone know of minis out there--prefer 28 mm range

I like the series too! The characters are interesting, and the action is certainly there. They sure don't spare the blood, do they. LOL. Sorry that I don't have any ideas for miniatures. I don't think that Samurai would cut it either.

The "A Fistful of Kung-fu" miniatures are nice, for a similar kind of setting. link

In addition to Whenever1's good suggestion, Dixon has a Yakuza line that may also be useful.
