I always imagine Russian infantry with great oats almost reaching the floor rather than knee length.

Blue Moon 15mm Russians in greatcoats are in shorter coats.
Is this accurate ir is it just me?

Depend on height of troopers. Mass of troopers from 1811 and later recruits was below 160cm.. so standard overcoats on these boys may looks longer.

Even Napoleon at Borodino says, that these russians don't looks like Austerlitz russians.
