Can anyone recommed any good memoirs of anyone from any side who served in tactical intelligence units or branches in WW2? The more detailed, the better.

I'll have to look it up, but there's a book about an Intel and Recon platoon's adventures. They basically shot up at least a German battalion if not more in a single battle where they were well dug in on a hillside, I think in the early days of the Battle of the Bulge.
