I am wondering if there any small groups of miniatures clubs that are still around in the Los Angeles and surrounding areas.

I am trying to find a group of players that meets a few times a month. I am interested in playing WWII, modern steam punk and science fiction. I have a steam punk army of deep sea divers and sailors that I would have them get in the think of things.

I live in the Glendale area.

Game Empire in Pasadena seems to have a lot of in-store minis gamers. I would check there.

On the Westside (which is indeed the best side), there is Aero Hobbies. Keith would be able to help you out there.

St Crispins meets monthly in Anaheim, they are on FB. You would probably find people that meet more often there. They (St Crispins) meet on the second Saturday of each month.

I have several gaming group links and conventions on the blog. For Steam punk and SF gaming Games Empire a good start. Brookhurst down south maybe has some SP &Sf gaming. For WWII FOW is the majority of the local WWII gaming. I play FOW but use 20mm scale miniature instead. Blog again has sample scenarios and AAr posts. Aero hobbies has gaming on different evenings. Once a month they (as far as I know) have historical gaming on 1st Sunday.

Just did a scenario game on Pointe du Hoc last Sunday using the FOW scenario. Blog scenario and AAR posts up this week.

Have 25/28mm Napoleonic game this Saturday in Redondo Beach and another historical napoleonic scenario scheduled on last weekend of December.
