Has anyone had any contact or problems with Taban miniatures recently? I placed an order back in early October and it is still at pending on the website. I have tried to email them three times about the order status and once more through the website. So far I have heard nothing. I don't mind waiting for miniatures but the lack of contact is making me wonder if they are still in business. |

I sent an email to Taban in February of this year, and did not get a response until August… |

I tried to buy from them at Salute in England last year. I got the impression they really couldn't be bothered talking to me or my money. Very off-hand. |

I still have not had my order. After raising a paypal dispute I finally get a reply from Taban claiming the order had gone missing. They promised to send another. 22 Dec they contacted me claiming they had some production issues and will be dispatching my order. I have not heard anything since. I will be chasing them up soon. I do not recommend anyone to use Taban. Poor communications and service. |

I finally got my Taban order, over three months after I placed the order.
