First off I'm looking for some infantry buglers for my 15mm projects. My Infantry are mainly Stone Mountain but they don't make them. I know that Peter Pig does but Peter Pig is noticeably smaller than Stone Mountain. I understand drummer boys but how about bugle boys? This leads to a different question, one perhaps with no real answer. ACW command packs seem to always have an officer, a color bearer and a drummer but no bugler. Now I know that the infantry used bugle calls, heck somewhere I have a recording of calls for skirmishers, so here's the question, why no buglers in command packs? |

PP buglers are 15mm to the eye. They will not go well with the 18/20mm stuff but should be fine with 15mm. Do consider the buglers. martin |

Blue Moon has a bugler pack in their 18mm range. Not sure how they compare to PP. |

Peter pig buglers were the first I had seen so they made it into the CSa force but my union army, all Essex, has none. Try the dismounted cav packs from stoned mountain, they may have buglers. |

Peter Pig is going to be too small to match my Stone Mountain infantry. I have some PP infantry and it is quite a bit smaller than Stone Mountain. Unfortunately while Stone Mountain's mounted cavalry has a bugler, their dismounted packs do not. Blue Moon on the other hand will be way too large. |
