For the second year in a row, Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy magazine is sponsoring Poldercon, the Dutch wargaming show were everything is a "bit different".

This one-day event requires pre-registration, but includes guaranteed slots in participation games, lectures and hobby workshops throughout the day. You'll also get a full, sit-down lunch and a goody bag. Sounds like a pretty good deal to us!

While its obviously easiest for Dutch and Belgian wargamers to participate, Poldercon welcomes participants from around the world. The organizers will be more than happy to point you towards some nice & nearby hotel accommodations.

If all the above isn't enough, Poldercon is a great place to get one-on-one time with some wargaming bigshots: Richard Clarke (TooFatLardies), Alex Buchel (Studio Tomahawk), Guy Bowers (Wargames, Soldiers & Strategy), Andrew Chesney (Warlord Games) and Steven MacLauchlan (WWPD Podcast) will all be attending.

For more information, or to register, you can visit the Poldercon.nl website.

I was there last year, had a great time (playing BP with Guy Bowers, among others).

Unfortunately, this year I am occupied.
I've tried to sneak out, but seems not possible.

Hopefully back next year.
Succes!
