"Sometimes you just need a gun so big it needs its own set of tank treads to move it around. Sometimes, even one set of tank treads isn't enough. You need multiple sets of tracks in order to get that thing around. Well, the Mechanicum Ordinatus Ulator is one such beast of a weapon…"

Tell me if this cannot work for Victorian SF against the Martians! (smile)

Armand, lad, we've had our disagreements, but this isn't one.

I saw the cannon in another image, and made a mental note to look it up. Not worth the paper it's printed on…

Makes a heck of a lot more sense in the hands of the Mad Professor's cackling minions, than in a 'futuristic' army.

However, at that price…

I have paid less for actual running automobiles then this. I've also bought entire armies for this price as well!

You didn't realize the ellipse was where I was quivering in shock, Terry. ;->=

My point, silly in SO many ways.

Definitely something I could have a piccie on the workshop wall for inspiration, though.

You quiver in shock at a GW spinoff price? After all these years. I would think you'd have built up tolerance by now

Some things defy the human immune system, T, like blowfish poison or plutonium…

For all its price and "coolness" and titan-killer application (I am assuming)…

That thing looks fragile armor-wise for 40k, and I would imagine would be knocked out *very* quickly in an actual game, makin the player who bought it SO GLAD he/she splurged on it.

Mardaddy, the in-game fluff for the Mechanicum is that they consider armor plate to be primitive. The preferred protective method is forcefields and the like, hence the skeletal-looking tanks and other vehicles. I'm sure this model's game stats reflect its huge size and eye-watering cost.

Cheers
