I think the suggested basing for Land Ironclads (that being everything on a 40mm frontage) doesn't look quite right to me. I'm thinking about using a 20mm frontage instead (or bigger if larger land ironclads require it). I also like the idea of basing 2 contraptions to a base instead of 4 (which fits with the reduced frontage). How does everyone else base their miniatures for this? The rules seem to not really mind what basing is used and I won't be playing against anyone else's armies (or can just stick mine to larger bases if I do). Does anyone have any thoughts on this? |

I think you'll be fine. I generally follow their guidelines, but my infantry are on 30mm frontages already and some of my depths vary to fit the ironclad (or alien contraption). |

Thanks. It's what I figured but thought it worth throwing out there for input. |

I acquired some Land Ironclads recently and the former owner mounted them on FOW bases which is good because the bases work fine for the different sized Land Ironclads. |
