The John Maclean Foundation have a Kids & Big Kids 4 Kids Challenge where you commit to swim 3.8km, cycle 180km and run 42.2km for children who need wheel chairs over a 4 or 8 or 12 week period (226km in total)

My youngest son finish 251km over 12 weeks and has raised so far $1,250 USD Australia Dollars for children in wheel chairs.

The school team (7 students from 12 to 15 years old and 3 parents) have completed all up 2,371km and have raised 4,600 in total so far.

The commitment, the time and effort to do the swim, cycle and run showed a real and meaningful commitment by the kids

As a Father i did it to encourage my son although I walked I did not run. I found it very hard, I am not a fit man.

If anyone would like to make a small donation to children who need wheel chairs please donate.

Brilliant – you are right to be proud.

Thank you I am very proud of my son.

His efforts have now attracted $1,340 USD in donations for children in wheel chairs.

WE have a strong community here, if anyone is willing to make a small donation even a single dollar it all adds up.
