As many of you know, our forum has been down for quite a while. Repeated attempts to resuscitate it have come to naught. After almost a decade of hard service, the poor old thing has shuffled off to the great beyond. Old bulletin boards never die, though, they just get replaced with new software! The new AAG forum is up and running at ambushalleygames.com/forum – unfortunately, existing forum members will need to re-register. The code is difficult to see, but click on listen and it does help decipher that mess! And welcome back, AAG…I was still able to use the old forum to post, but it was FUBAR. |

Well, as I said, the old forum died. I'm looking into recovering the database and setting it up a searchable archive. I'm not a DB guy, though, so no promises. I'll do what I can, though! |

We plan to re-release all the old SOG scenario packs to celebrate the release of the new version of Ambush Alley. Some of them, like Wasteland, may well see some expansion . . . |

Greetings I've got this issue as well. A few days ago I couldn't log into the forum because – allegedly – my user name etc did not exist although I could see my postings from a week earlier. Regards Edward |

Yea, frustrating on our end as well. We're trying to figure out the problem, looking at new hosting, and working away all during the holidays. So, promise we're working on it. Just not as quickly as we might another time of year. Our fb group is up and active in the meantime and while it's not the same, it is something. :) |

Before the forum went down this time there were no unapproved accounts. We were caught up before the latest crash. So, I'm not sure why you couldn't log in. When it's up again I'll look into it. |

Tinned Fruit, Prior to the forum going down, we showed absolutely no pending applications. One of the following things happened: 1. Your application was approved, but you didn't receive notification (note that our forum is down, so it's obviously not working at top efficiency at the moment. 2. Your application was never received. Again, forum is down, not working the way it should. Since the forum is down, we can't resolve this problem. It's broken for us, too. The upside is that you're not missing anything because, well, the forum is down. When the forum is up again, try to log in using your username and password. If that fails, it indicates that we didn't receive your application. Please resubmit it and we'll approve you as soon as possible. Again, these steps will have to wait until the forum is back up. Nobody (including us) has access to it while it is down. Best, Shawn. |

Update: We're having problems with our web-host. We cannot keep a forum running on their service. We're researching new web-hosts and will have a forum up and running again as soon as possible. Nobody is more frustrated by this than we are, believe me. In the meantime, we can still be reached via Facebook (Ambush Alley Games LLC) or, preferably, our Facebook Group (Ambush Alley Games Group). Sorry for the inconvenience! Shawn. |
