Along with all the sales, there's still some "regular" news coming out today. One such is the new TIE Fighter cards that will be in the Imperial Assault Carrier expansion pack. There's Scourge who likes to go after already-damaged ships to help finish them off. They team up very nicely with Wampa, who can cancel all their attack dice, and if they cancel a critical while doing so, automatically gives the enemy one face-down damage card. Moving on, there's Youngster who makes the one upgrade he takes work for all other friendly TIEs that might be around. Finally, there's Chaser (seems appropriate) who is always going to be focused on the battle at hand, probably.

I hate that if you want to good fighter pilots and cards that you have to buy a ship that, in my case, would never be used. And an expensive one to boot. OR, go onto Ebay to find what you want at a premium price.

Yeah. Their model definitely drives sales.

Hopefully, they will offer cards on the open market at some point.
