I am looking for information on what the uniform of cossacks serving in the Soviet army would be during WWII. No luck so far online. Anyone have any information? Thanks.

Ok, so I had no idea there were different uniforms. :) My brother gave me some 20mm cossacks to paint for him. They are SHQ. I just looked them up, and they do have painted examples. Some of them are in helmets, some in colpacks. Are the basics the same? Blue trousers, khaki grey for tunic?
