Sneaky picture taking is not acceptable behavior in a museum I have seen the exhibit and there are a lot of items that would be damaged by light exposure You did not use a flash but other people seeing you may be encouraged to use their flash No photography means no photography |

To be fair most of the audience were taking 'sneaky' pictures of the diorama (and only the diorama…not the light sensitive items) with phones and no flash, while standing next to the staff on duty who seemed pretty unconcerned. |
