Radioactive dust under your feet, shotgun smoking in your hand and the mangled corpse of a scavenger to your front.

The world burned and we're left to make the most of it.

No Hope in Sight is a set of rules for post-apocalyptic warband campaigns.

Based on the "In Sight" system, the game plays quickly with constant, dramatic decisions as you try to advance in the face of enemy fire.

Lock down enemy lines of approach with covering fire, suppress their positions and deal with the wounded, as the game progresses.

No Hope in Sight features a fully fledged campaign system, where your warband can grow in strength, gaining territory and new gear.

Follow the same cast of characters as they make their mark on the wasteland, with the character-driven campaigns you've come to expect from Nordic Weasel Games.

Playable with any individually based figures.

A typical game has 10-15 figures per side.

Well suited to a 2x2 foot gaming table.

Anomalies?

I've found reviews on the original rules the new rules are based on, but it sounds like the original rules are at a very different level. So so do the 2 sets play very differently?

Do you have any articles that go over the No Hope mechanics. Or review whats different between the original rules and No Hope, like I think you did with clash on the fringe?

Black – I am working on a Q&A I'll have up soon, including a breakdown of the turn sequence (if all goes well :) )

In the meantime:

The two sets aren't super different.

This version has been "zoomed in" a little bit more, to make it more skirmish friendly (slightly deadlier firepower, slightly increased movement) and lacks the "Stress" mechanic.

Essentially, reducing book keeping a tiny bit and speeding up play a little bit.
