A pretty simple poll question, are you a 1/144th scale (or 10mm – 12mm), Cold War Gamer (1946 – 1989)? 1. Yes 2. No 3. Not currently, but I want to be Feel free, if yes, to elaborate on which theaters and periods you game in, or are interested in gaming in, after you answer the above question. For me, the answer is yes. Primarily the hypothetical Cold War in Europe, though I have interests in other theaters as well, e.g. Arab-Israeli Wars, Vietnam, Korean War, etc.. I'm working on forces for the US, West Germans, Soviets/Warsaw Pact, Swedes, Finns, etc.. Also interested in creating forces for the British, Danes, and Norwegians too. |

2 – if I was doing Cold War it would be 5/6mm, 20mm (both of which I have in stock) or possibly 15mm. |

2. No. 6mm and 15mm for me. I also do WWII and other post war periods in those scales and Vietnam in 20mm. |

1 but more of a 3 – I have some stuff to game with American M1s Bradley (both micro machine toys & both nicely detailed & in scale) Strykers & misc vehicles & inf and soviet/russian stuff The plan is us vs Russians in Europe or us vs Arab client states – my us stuff is painted up current desert tan – yet to tackle the Russian gear Thinking maybe Cold War Commander but maybe the upcoming Team Yankee except I don't think their equipment selection will be very robust at least to start |

3. With all the cool stuff out now resistance is futile. I am kind of waiting to see what Pendraken does with Cold War Commander, but I am open to other rules as well. The only problem though is what era. I canīt decide between the 50s and 60s, so of course I will end up doing both. |

Sort of, since the spring. I don't know all these scales y'all speak of, since all my games are on satellite images rather than models on a table, but I'm using miniatures rules. Started with SabreSquadron and switched to someone's home brewed game I found called Able Archer. Was playing in West Germany in the '80s and early '90s, now getting interested in actual situations. Just starting a game set in the Second Sudanese Civil War…not technically Cold War, but the equipment's the same. |

3. I suppose, have a large collection of Brit and Soviet gear in 1:144th, but never found a ruleset that gelled with me. Am now all set to dive into Team Yankee, and will go 15mm as I will get a far greater choice of opponents. (i.e. some!) |
