Pretty much out of the box. Bit of battle damage, added wireless set, ammo boxes, ariel and shells.
Models airbrushed over a base coat of PSC dunklegelb using an Iwat plus B using Life colour paints. Then gloss varnished, decaled , various washes, oil based, Humbrol and first outing for the MIG ones ( and very nice they are too). Various artists pastels/wax pencils used for wear and tear. Then matt varnished. L |

Thanks Piers but as you know its a cracking little kit so easy enough to do a decent job on it. jeffreyw3 Its nice seeing enamels getting a look in these days personally Ive always thought they much easier to use than acrylics for average painters like me. L |

Was the H model used in Normandy? |
LeonAdler | 24 Nov 2015 1:20 p.m. PST |
Yes think so I have a picture of one thats 'captioned'( not always accurate are captions) as Normandy somewhere ( thinks it might be in the Dying for St Lo book) and Im sure Das Riech is listed as having some on the books. All sorts of odds and ends ended up in France by 44. But frankly the Somewhere in Normandy title is not really defining, its just a sequence of linked titles. L |
