Certainly impressive, but does not come cheap. Never mind the painting effort required… |

The dimensions seem pretty good: dimensions: 44x19x44cm (17,3x7,5x17,3inch) weight: 2515g The detail appears quite good from the pictures. Even given all that, the price does seem quite high. Restrictively high – so much so, that a lot less would be sold than otherwise. It's marketing – do you price something high and make a lot of money off each piece and risk not selling many or do you lower your profit per individual item, price lower and therefore sell more and hope to make more by selling more product. |

I own most of their buildings, and compared to what you get, they are not expensive. Unlike plastic sets, these are handcast, so I do not believe that there is much margin to make them notably cheaper. Compared to what I got from GW (or Forgeworld) for the same money, I consider these are way better value. |

I ordered this piece along with the bridge and guard tower. If you have any of Tabletop World's releases, you are aware of the incomparable quality and unique value of these pieces. For the price of the Town Gate with their current Christmas offer, you get a free building. When VAT and shipping are added, it is not a piece to buy on impulse. However, I'll fritter away the cost of this piece in coffee and tea in half a year with nothing to show but an addition to caffeine. I am multi-talented. I can be addicted to caffeine and resin simultaneously. :-) |

I have absolutely no use for this on a Napoleonic battlefield but I would be tempted just for the sheer grandeur of it! |

WOW – now that's a piece of terrain! Tony |

Beautiful, just stunning. I am into scratch building, so to achieve this detaila nd finish is my long term goal. An inspiration. I think it is also reasonably priced. I don't see how they could sell such a quality resin piece for much less. |
