Does anyone do farms etc suitable for the Second Boer war in 6mm? What about railway line? Just starting to paint my figures this weekend and so soon I will be wanting to game on the veldt!

Try I-94 for the railroad line in 6mm

I have no idea what the South African Farms would look like but you might try Soviet WW2 buildings.

My 6mm train set is from Irregular. Can't help With the farms.

For my 6mm Boer war I also use railway line from Irregular. For buildings, maybe try to paint roofs with dark and light grey stripes to indicate zinc roofing.

Irregular had a Boer encampment, but I don't see photos of it on their new website. Some of their other buildings might work, not really sure of the style.

Leven have resin railway lines in 6mm.

For Boer farmhouses, a lot of American single storey farms will do as they would have a verandah/front porch: have a look at ACW and Wild West ranges.
