Anyone read these novels? I am thinking of buying one for a long plane flight. They are about the Napoleonic venture in Spain. Any reviews, comments are welcomed. |

Yes, read all but last( waiting for small paperback) very good, quite realistic. Writer knows his stuff… And is a wargamer. |

Brilliant writer read all of his novels that my local library has stocked. Having read all of bernard cornwell's sharpe series mr goldsworthy series is better imho. If i read another description by mr cornwell of harper's bloody volley gun i well scream! Kind regards Stephen |

I would think you would enjoy them. They are well done. Waiting for the last one to come down a little in price for a buy it. |

Hi gunfreak Yes the same author who wrote non fiction books about rome ; anthony and cleopatra, casear, and augustus etc |
