So I have finally entered into the world of Of Gods and Mortals, an Osprey Publishing wargames rule set written by Andrea Sfiligoi, the man behind Ganesha Games. For those of you who aren't already familiar with the game, it allows you to field a deity and their retinue – from any mythological setting – in battles against rival gods. Much more on the blog: link Cheers! |

Harry, that is a model blog report in every way. I enjoyed very much how you discuss the rules and the individual figures, and listing the manufacturer is very helpful touch. I've been working on a Greek mythology project for several months now, so this was especially inspiring. I haven't seen OGAM before, so might have to check it out. Thank you for sharing! |

-Seconded! I would like to get into it in the new year- I gave my chum the rules for Christmas last year, and recently bought a copy for myself, so the seeds are sewn. BUT I can't decide if I want to do the mortals in 15mm, so that the Big Boys can be really epic. Well, at least this time it's not The Basing Dilemma. I will check out your blog- it has been too long since I peeked in! |

Oh, and love that boar with the striped Mohawk. |

The rest of the boar is painted with pretty realistic colours, but the crest/ridge just cried out to be painted like a crest on a Corinthian helmet… |
