Anyone know the source of the table hexes? Maybe the Kallistra, of which I just heard?

Yes. My friend Ron has a good collection of Hexon terrain from Kallistra. Over the last few years he's put together some very interesting rolling terrain with sunken rivers etc. Also his toys here apart from the lumbering Reviresco tripod.
