I finally was able to run the "QUEEN RED, 6 June 1944" scenario from the Battlefront D-Day book. It looked pretty neat even if the results were not to my liking. Assorted pictures and comments are on the blogsite at: link |

Nice stuff. Saw a show on D-Day with a similar 88 mm bunker. From the damage they determined that it was taken out by a Navy DD 5 in round down the throat. It must have taken real cojones and skill to take the DDs in that close to the beach. |
