After last month's post I'm pleased to say that I have managed to play six medieval games. The games used armies built from the medieval Field of Glory (FOGAM) lists but used the renaissance (FOGR) points and rules. So Martin you are happy with the way FOG-R deals with eastern armies ? Light cavalry, artillery, Irregular cavalry I have issue with how they deal with them in FOG-R. Mac |

So Martin you are happy with the way FOG-R deals with eastern armies ? How are you Mac? In general it's OK but cavalry don't stand a chance against later (Western) Horse etc. However, I do think that light artillery is based solely on the Western model making camel gunners anything but mobile and a real liability.
