This is the second edition of the original rules, with glossy covers, BW interiors. Same length as the original with no change in retail pricing ($ 30 US) though some costs have squeaked up and I went for a heavier weight paper on the inside. Its not putting food on my table, so I'll just eat the cost. Spiral bound.
This is not a hard bound, color glossy coffee table book. Instead this is an evolutionary, vice revolutionary, 2d edition and will accomplishing the following:

Interpretations of rules integrated into the actual text of the document.
Rules changes, from both me and my 3000 + person Yahoo Group added and integrated into the text of the document.
New rules and data charts, from both me and the Yahoo Group added and integrated into the text of the document.
A few new images, to include the front outside cover, just to spruce things up.
