I've seen this chap's figures on his blog: it's nice to see them out fighting on a tabletop.

I've marvelled at his ingenuity at converting figures for the period.

The sad thing is that it's not that much easier to create a "big" 1/72 or 20mm SYW forces today.
The three excellent HaT Prussian MAC sets, a few Zvesda….& you're back to using the venerable Revell SYW sets & a bunch of :nearly rights" from other periods.
