I attended our service at the University of Winchester. I was pleased that the chapel was overflowing with both students and staff. All of the names of past pupils lost in war were read out. It was good to hear the Student Union President, an American and our first international president, reading her third of them. To then hear The Last Post, the 2 minute silence and then Reveille was incredibly moving to all ages |
