A great day was had by all on Saturday, 7 November at Ft. Meigs in Perrysburg, Ohio. The fort and "The Colby Street Irregulars" hosted another "World at War" game day. Veteran gamers and new comers alike showed up and had a great time. All proceeds from the event go directly to Ft. Meigs. A personal big THANK YOU goes out to everyone who help out and who ran games. Here are some pictures of the event. These are from the first session only, and since I was busy, they were taken by my friend (and Toledo gaming scene legend) Pat Palmer. link I'll do a write up of my "All Quiet on the Martian Front" game on my Blog. Thanks again everyone, hope to see even more new faces in the Spring. Dave |

We were just up there on Oct 30th,we homeschool our daughter and we took her on a Fallen Timbers/Ft Meigs field trip,as she had just finished her US history unit on the War of 1812. I saw the big sign out front advertising the event. I myself had fun going through the second hand book section and picked up a couple of books. |
