Hey guys I am looking for an American Revolution era French Fifer 25mm Scale or larger. I looking for it so I can paint it it as a gift to my best man (how a reenactor who plays fife in a fife and Drum coprs). I am having dificulty finding an aproprate figure.

Thanks for the suggestion Queen Catherine but after a look I cannot find a French Fifer on either page.

There is a WAS/SYW French infantry fifer in the Jacdaw 30mm range. I do have a spare one (in the UK) or you can order from Siegeworks in Australia.

Essex or Dixon maybe? had a 25mm FRW/Early Imperial French fifer. Several in my 25mm armies. Possible conversion material?

The Foundry AWI range has fifers at rest and playing in the Continental Army command packs AWI012 and AWI021, respectively.

They would need a little work on the uniforms (collar and gaiters spring immediately to mind, not sure about the hangar if they are meant to be from the Fusilier companies), but if nobody is looking for them specifically, I'd say you could get away with it even if you just filed the half-gaiters flat and left the rest to a neat paint job.

If not, then Essex have a 28mm fifer in chapeau in their French Napoleonic range – on second thoughts it might be your best bet:
