I seem to have forgotten what magnets work best for this scale? Would 1/8 x 1/32 work ok? What about the bigger 1/300 bombers? I'm thinking of using Litko stands and a small acorn nut on top of the stand then gluing a small magnet to the mini. Will the magnet adhere well enough to the acorn nut? Thanks |

Hey Dark I was too, but I need like 20 stands and at their prices (although they are amazing) it's just too much for my budget. I can get Litko stands, acorn nuts and magnets for a 1/3 of the CorSec stands. But, there is something to be said about not having to do all the work :) |

I use 1/8th" magnets from Doms decals at 6p each (~10cts). I then add a 6mm magnet 'borrowed' from the end of my kids magnetic toy set, you know, the ones that have plastic sticks with a magnet at each end and you make 'meccano' type constructions with. I add a M3 hexnut to that to be able to alter pitch+roll. |

Battler….I read about your stands. They seem like they would work wonderfully, but I'm a lazy git and I'm looking for something cheap and easy :) But, thank you very much for your comments! |

6mm, or 1/4" for the heavy bombers. |
