Interesting!! I've actually done something very similar with the scenario book and BP rules but using 30mm Spencer Smith figures for 18th century rather than Napoleonics.

I have 6 units of infantry, 1 light infantry, 2 heavy cavalry, 2 light cavalry and 3 guns for each side, plus an addiional couple of infantry units painted as a third country (in my case Hanoverians) that can be used by either side. I've also got 4 wagons for the convoy scenario and 2 units of pioneers.

Haven't played any games yet but hope to very soon.
