Want to see if anyone has the TO&E for a Stryker battalion? |

The medical platoon has 2 sniper teams? That a different kind of treatment. |

Also bear in mind, that some commanders chose to divide the MGS vehicles amongst the Infantry Platoons (at time taking one ICV out and grouping those together in a separate platoon) to increase the AT firepower of the Infantry platoons. Cheers, Burkhard |

Jekinder6, IIRC Lion had mentioned that they're pulling the MGS from units. Have you heard anything like that? Personally, I field them anyway in 1/72 (nobody makes them in 15mm) since they look cool imo. I've also read that they proved very effective in Iraq as WWII-style assault guns by providing direct HE fire support. But they have issues with cooling, stability, etc. too. |

Thanks everyone. This really helps. |

Paul, what scale are you collecting? GHQ makes all of the Stryker variants you'll need. That was my start with a Stryker-based force. They even provide engineering and medic versions! In 15mm only the ICV exists. No MGS and no mortar carrier so even a Stryker company can't be built in 15mm. In 1/72 I've found the ICV and MGS but had to mod an ICV to make a mortar carrier for company level games. |

The Sniper teams are with the scout platoon not the medical Platoon.. |

Visceral, I'm using GHQ to build the battalion. I think I have too many MSG's (12) and probably a little short on command and mortar carriers. Was thinking of attaching the battalion to an armored division I have almost finished. Need one more M109 to complete the division. |

Try this: PDF link The Stryker Brigade is the last set shown and should have everything you need! Note that this has appeared elsewhere so I apologize for the duplication. |

@14th Brooklyn: Yeah, the commanders did that, on the rare occasions that the MGS was actually functional. I think the ones in my friend's company (25ID's Stryker Brigade) were combat-ready for a total of 3 days during his year in Afghanistan. Not 3 days per vehicle. 3 vehicle-days TOTAL of all the vehicles. Also, there are a total of 4 Stryker ambulances in the battalion. The ambulance seen in the company TO&E are detached from the battalion medical platoon. Command Strykers are externally identical to ICVs, you really only need ICVs, MGS, Mortar Carriers, and Ambulances. The other versions can be handled via bits-box. FISTV has a large target-designator box next to the .50cal. The RSV has a slightly different sensor box in the same place. The Engineer Stryker has a dozer blade on the front. |

twawaddell, Had not seen the PDF before so thank you. It has been added to my library. Paul |

And technically, you could just slap a piece of .040" sheet styrene on top of the hull to make the ambulance version in 15mm. And it wouldn't be to hard to make a buttoned-up mortar carrier, just a top hatch made from either GS or paper. So it's not a completely impossible task. I've seen ICV, MGS, and ATGM Strykers in 1/144 scale ( link ), plus stowage and slat armor. A bit pricey, though. |

The medical platoon has 2 sniper teams? That a different kind of treatment. The sniper teams keep the medics in business when business is slow? |
