Found these on cheap in local shop:
The Heli once modifed might be usable in 28mm, where as the Wheeled could be a very large vehicle in 15mm or large in 28mm, would need some extra turrets/rocket batteries. |

Shops like Poundstretcher can be a gamers friend. I wonder if anyone has thought of doing an 'Alert' website that flags up new deals? Way back when I was in to PC hardware there was something similar for shops like Aldi who would occasionally get in hi-spec PCs at dirt cheap prices… |

Is this really 15mm scale? Its hard to tell what scale it is from the pics. |

This stuff is much larger but can be adapted for use in 15 mm quite easily. |

Really, that King Raven looks almost perfect as is. ;->= In the US, Big Lots used to be a similar 'go to' place, but it'd dropped a bit. Likewise the more-than-a-dollar dollar stores. Dollar Dollar stores still are, but you REALLY have to use your imagination. Doug |

These models do not appear to be in circulation anymore here in the US. The lowest price I've seen on the King Raven is $78 USD each. I do agree, its ready for 15 right out of the box. I would use it as a mech transport. |

Picked 2 up for use with 28mm figs, looks to be the equivalent to a Sea Stallion or a Merlin. If used for 15mm it may be like one of the huge Russian heavy lift helicopters. Overall I think its better for 28mm, remember the figures you can see in the picture are 50mm tall. Absolute bargin… |

Okay, NOT out of the box. However, cover the sides, maybe junk the rotors, and that 'slit' cockpit could work for 15mm or even 6mm dropship. ;->= I'm easy. Doug |

Wasn't being sarcastic about it being a bargin, I agree it could provide a base for a 15mm dropship. After assembly I plan to use it to provide transport for my battlesuits (Zandris 4 Pendekar suits) as well as serving as scenery. |
