I am sure there was an old WI article on the Savoyard army. Early '90s I think. I can't go through the magazine s to find it at the moment, but I will.

There seems to be a bit in Grant's Armies and Enemies of Marlborough Vol2.

There are some Italian books available on Eugene's army, with captions in English. I can't find it in my favourites though. I'll try and dig them out later
