I take it this is a different Falcon, with new radar?

I seem to recall the other one being round, but it has been a while since I've seen the movies, I guess.

Round one got knocked off inside Death Star 2. I can only assume that on is the replacement/upgrade seen in the new film set 30 years later.

Yep. This is the Falcon as presented in The Force Awakens.

As a sidenote the falcon is also different between A New Hope and Empire. The bottom is different.
