As you voted – TMP link – medically correct words have been removed from the bleeper.

This, of course, does not mean you might not be Dawghoused for using such terms inappropriately… evil grin

Thank you from the bottom of my scrotum.

You mean I can call someone a penis head?
Or does it mean I can't?
I'm so confused…..

How can you post rectal fistula in a appropriate way?

witteridderludo29 Oct 2015 9:31 p.m. PST

General X lost the battle at Y because the pain his rectal fistula caused him distracted him too much from command issues during the battle…

Now you can come up with some imaginative batreps and command modifiers for your imaginations campaign :-)

Well, it means you can call someone a penis head (because penis is a medical term), and then you'll get DHd for a personal attack.

But you can't call someone a Bleeped text because that is not a medical term.

I think slang should be permitted too.

I think if anyone uses medical terminology they must back it up with a photo of a hot nurse babe. Just to be fair.

What about words such as Kushite though? Interesting to see if it still gets bleeped – yes, I know it's not medical, but it's still a bit silly!

Hey, it didn't get bleeped!

Sarek got his testicals fondled to day by the doctor.

Well, if you can't spell it correctly… evil grin

I had a "colonoscopy" yesterday at the VA Hospital in Cleveland … See … it even corrected my spelling ! thumbs up

So if any of you hold ill will for me and hope I get punished, etc. … I did !!!! huh?

In any other instance what happened to me would be an SVU case ! huh?

Khusrau06 Nov 2015 8:34 a.m. PST

but what if the slang is culturally appropriate? When I was working with the blokes who saved the day at Long Tan, or flew Canberra bombers over Vietnam… "you old Bleeped texts" or – thanks for that "you bastards" were terms you heard, with the greatest affection, and propriety. Stronger terms, such as Bleeped text and C*nt were reserved for those for whom you had an even greater respect.

I will genuinely never understand a culture where you can open carry, but words are excised. , etc.
Sticks and stones

This whole discussion brings to mind the Irish women who are currently live-tweeting details of their menstrual cycles (to use the correct medical term) to the Irish PM: link

The tweets range from very funny to outrageous to absolutely heartbreaking.
