First of all, let me acknowledge you that an updated version of our full Catalogue has just been uploaded onto www.minairons.eu. It is updated as of yesterday October 28, and can be obtained either by logging into the website and seeking its downloads section, or by following the link provided in the side bar top box of our blog.

Next, I'd like to show you our plans for the 2016 first half --in this first article, those regarding 1:100 scale. We are going to release not less than one model per season in that scale, different versions of IGC Sadurní tracked AFV most of them. The one already being produced right now is the tank version you can see below:

15GEV001

Just as its 1:72 version, it is to be quite an easy to build model, for it will consist of just 3 resin parts and a hard-plastic MG. We have it scheduld for this Winter, and will be followed shortly thereafter by its carrier version, a pretty simple model too. It will be complemented by a 15mm white metal driver and passenger, that are still to be sculpted:

15GEV013

We've scheduled for Spring, while expecting to release the tractor version in Summer, after having an accompanying howitzer appropriately downscaled, and the above mentioned driver and passenger sculpted and cast.

15GEV014

Last but not least regarding 1:100 scale, there are strong chances for a fourth model to be launched in the following months: the Japanese Ha-Go type 95 light tank (admittedly, nothing to do with Iberian Peninsula nations History, but… take it as a caprice. We are still struggling with its prototype, though!

Lluís

Nice. Any update on 25mm civilian cars? We had an exchange about that awhile back, although I can't find it now.

Aha! I found it!

Squeee!!! You are my go to guys for the SCW! This is fantastic I love seeing a company go from strength to strength! Could we see 1/72 scale planes? Early Italians and the Legion soon? Also are there plans to do the rift war in 1/72 scale?

The 1935 Benach Fast Tank in 1/100?
Any plans for that one?

@idontbelieveit,

Civilian vehicles seem not to be the most favoured projects in our wishlist so far – regardless of scale: link
Only exception to this have been our vintage racing cars, at so an unexpected extent that we're considering to increase the range, and even to write a ruleset and tracks for it.

@Slappy,

Our 1:72 plans in a separate thread soon wink

@deflatermouse,

Yes Benach M1935 fast tank has been silently devoted some effort lately, so that we expect to release it within 2016 too. Only that we are now studying a simpler running gear – for some time after having released its 1:72 version, we've now realized we could have designed it easier.

Cheers,
Lluís

Is the Bt5 soon to be released?

deflatermouse07 Nov 2015 7:16 a.m. PST

Thank you Lluís.
I plan to use the Benach M1935 for Retro Sci-fi tanks.

If there are rules for the racing cars then I'd be interested in them, too. Dammit. (trying to cut down the amount of new projects)

Ooops, I lost track of this thread…

Slappy, BT-5 is currently in the workbench. we'll show it ASAP.
Deflatermouse, there are at least two (maybe three) different vintage racers rulesets in progress right now, all them somehow inspired by our Grand Prix range grin
