Got that and the sequal a while back (also for 99p), well worth the read, 6 eye witness accounts in each from various defence points and beaches and different roles. Quite harrowing at times – particularly the overwhelming air power and use of phosphorous to clear hardpoints. |

Yes, a good read, stories from a very personalised viewpoint. Maybe a touch naïve in the telling but then I'm from a vastly different mind set from the D-Day defenders. |
