I have finished up my first batch of Blood rage figs. These are absolutely wonderful castings.
I am in the process of doing up some 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch size bases to set such figs and other plastic 25-28mm figs on so that the Friday night dungeon crawl group can fight in a hott battle.
these figs will also make an appearance for kings of war, frost grave when I get a chance to try it out and the upcoming eagerly anticipated Dragon Rampant:

I have the same 4 big figures finished (the back row in your pic) but i cannot keep up with you. I paint much too slow.
Also if i want to tell the whole truth after 7 years i have a new PC and can play Rome Total War 2 at last! Wastes much too much time :-( |

I think there is going to be a tie-in between Blood Rage and the Conan KS – I am selling part of my Blood Rage figures but keeping the rest to use as Cimmerians and Vanir and Frost Giants – I liked the Blood Rage figures better than the Conan figures from their Nordheim expansion. The quality of miniatures for boardgames has really taken off, and are as good as any multi-part plastic wargaming figures like AoS, KoW, etc. in my opinion. I signed up for the Folklore KS just to get some of the figures. |
