The start of my Lion Rampant project set for a start in December with the beginning of the club campaign set on the border region of England and Scotland. Perfect for the Lion Rampant rules.

I've started with the list below in mind (plenty of Fierce Foot for some fireworks on the tabletop!):

Dismounted Men at Arms: (6 including Leader), Ferocious 6pts

Wild Scots: (12) Ferocious/Wild Charge/Counter Charge Foot/Fleet Footed 4pts

Wild Scots: (12) Ferocious/Wild Charge/Counter Charge Foot/Fleet Footed 4pts

Wild Scots: (12) Ferocious/Wild Charge/Counter Charge Foot/Fleet Footed 4pts

Highland Archers: (12) 4pts

Lowland Archers (Bidowers) (6) Hard to Hit/Skirmish/Evade/Fleet Footed 2pts

I've added some straps to the shields and around the torsos of these mini's including buckles as I want them to appear to be supporting their shields whilst wielding their might choppers! Pro Create was my putty of choice. The mail has been painted in as has the fur trim around the Lord's cloak.

More pics (and erm… larger ones! :-[ ) can be seen with a bit of discussion on my La Journee Blog here:

Straps and Buckles Added:

And the unaltered mini's just for the sake of completion:

Cheers,
Darrell.

Always admire(and am massively, massively, massively envious of) your fantastic painting work, but I'm puzzled as to what bit of Anglo-Scottish history you had in mind for your campaign? I've not warmed to the Lion Rampant rules particularly, but the army list for a Scottish force is just totally bizarre. I'd have thought that appropriate troop-types for a Scottish/English skirmish campaign would be much more fun to play with and make for lovely paint-jobs.
