As I suggested in the last article, I would go for a small game around 500pts. The idea is to learn the rules in a game setting, and not be overwhelmed, and I find small games are great for that. First you will need to set aside enough money around $1,200 USD-$1,800 in order to buy an army plus the books. Then hope that GW does not stop supporting the game or your army. |

Yes. Ignore the pricing etc & I think it fair to say GW are one of the few companies that try to help new gamers into the hobby. |
